DATA HANDLING

Control Your Data With Us

Your account data is handled as a legal record, not as loose chat content. We separate identity checks, cookie choices, device signals, and wallet logs so a request can be answered from…

Identity checks

We ask for identity details only when account access, wallet activity, or a legal request requires matching you to the account. If more proof is needed, support tells you exactly which document is relevant.

Cookie choices

Cookie settings help us remember sign-in state, security prompts, and language preference. You can change browser cookie controls at any time, but some account screens may ask you to sign in again.

Device records

Device signals such as Android Chrome version, IP range, and login time help us detect unusual access. We use them for account security checks and legal requests, not for public display.

Wallet records

DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS records are stored with account IDs, time stamps, and transaction references. These records help us answer payment disputes, failed confirmations, and law-based account requests.

Retention periods

We keep records only as long as needed for account operation, security checks, disputes, accounting duties, or law-based requests. When the reason ends, we delete or anonymise data under our policy.

Change requests

You can request correction, export, or removal through Legal Centre after sign-in. If you cannot enter the account, email [email protected] and include your registered phone number for matching.

Legal Answers Before Account Access

Your legal choices should be easy to find before you put money or data into the account. This FAQ explains how acceptance, data access, wallet records, cookies, and contact routes work in practice. Keep your registered phone number ready when you contact us, because most legal requests start by matching the request to the account. We answer in English for Indonesia and may ask for identity proof only when needed.

You accept the current account terms, privacy rules, cookie rules, and wallet record rules during account creation. The step appears after you confirm your mobile number and before access to any casino, slot, or sportsbook area.

Yes. Your eligibility depends on local law, and we show services only where local law permits. If we cannot confirm that access is allowed for your location or account details, we may limit or pause access.

We collect account name, registered phone, login time, device signals, cookie choices, and wallet activity tied to DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS. This helps us answer disputes, security questions, and valid data requests.

Go to Menu > Account > Legal Centre after sign-in, or email [email protected] if you cannot enter. Tell us what needs changing and attach proof only when the support team asks for it.

We retain wallet records for as long as needed to handle transaction disputes, security checks, accounting duties, and law-based requests. When retention is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise records according to our policy.

You can request account closure through Legal Centre or by email. We may still keep limited records where local law permits, such as transaction history needed for dispute handling, fraud checks, or accounting duties.

Our support desk receives the message first, verifies your account link, then routes legal or privacy matters to the policy queue. WhatsApp runs 08:00 to 23:00 WIB; email intake stays open around the clock.
